Buttermilk fried polderside redbro chicken, an incredible biscuit, seasonal sides (changes each week), and a small glass of beer for $19.50. Can it get any better?!
This is not the “Toonie Tuesday” KFC made infamous. This is real chicken, real food, and real delicious.
You get a generous portion of tender chicken with a crispy skin. I always anticipate the biscuit (I’ve had cheddar, jalapeno…different flavour everytime) – it’s light, flaky, and perfectly baked. Then there’s a vegetable side, like potatoes, or spinach, whatever the chef deems worthy each week.
Fried Chicken Friday is only at lunch on Fridays (obviously) until the end of Summer at Fuel. It’s a great tradition and worth the treat every once in a while. Reservations recommended.

Thanks for the reminder! I have been wanting to go for quite a while so hopefully I’ll be able to try it out in August!
